26 individuals from various areas traveled to Haiti to serve the Haitian people thru medical/dental clinics. During the six days of clinics. we were able to help over 2,000 individuals: approximately 1700 medical patients and about 500 dental patients. Virtually all left with smile and gratitude for the work that your prayers and gifts helped us complete. We held clinics in four locations: two in the mountains (where none of the locals could recall the last time a dentist had ventured!) and two near sea level. The team dispensed over 150,00 pills and vitamins, extracted about 500 teeth and performed several minor operations. Counseling was provided and hugs were exchanged. Prayers were offered for all. Not only were the Haitians ministered to, but also the Americans as we were reminded again of how richly blessed we really are.
