Board of Directors

OUR MISSION

CrossRoads was founded with a specific purpose given to us by God. We continue to stand at the crossroads an listen for God’s voice, his prompting to step out in faith where He would lead us (Jeremiah 6:16). Obedience to the one true God is the cornerstone of our foundation with integrity and sincerity; the key qualities we believe are essential to bring praise and honor to God in everything we do. We want to grow in response to the needs that God identifies for us and not to glorify ourselves. God, our board and our benefactors must hold us accountable to these beliefs and values.

Didi's Bio

Didi Duvelsaint has been our Haitian director in Haiti, since the very beginning CrossRoads was formed in 2011. A relationship was formed with Didi when he came to work for Jeff at a building site in 2008.  Didi’s knowledge of English was very helpful and was often Jeff’s translator.  Through their friendship, Jeff shard the gospel with Didi and led him to the Lord.  Since knowing Didi, Jeff saw he has a genuine heart for his people and especially for helping children.  Didi shared seeing our hearts and the love for the Lord to help his country, stirred his heart to start a community bible, outreach program for the children in his community.  They would come every Sunday afternoon to hear a bible story and sing songs and sometimes do a craft if he had money to buy.  He would also try and buy a snack for them.  When we began our boys transitional home, before CrossRoads was formed, Didi was asked to be the director of the home.  We quickly found Didi was a trusted friend, very dependable and reliable.  When CrossRoads was created, he became the overseer of all of CrossRoads operations in Haiti.  He plays a vital role in our church planting and oversees the building projects. We appreciate his heart to help his people and minister to them.
